Things start with a friendly conversation, no commitment or hard sell. We chat about your business, your goals, and what you need from your website. From there I’ll recommend the right package for you and send you a brief to complete. Once I have gather all the information and we have a strategy I will start to design and build your website. You’ll see the design before anything goes live and we’ll refine it together.

Most projects from the first chat to launch take between 2 - 6 weeks depending on how long gather the information takes and the package chosen.

Not as much as you might think! I will send you a document that walks you through everything you need. This will be things like your logo, any existing brand colour, fonts you use, and an idea of what you would like your website to say. If you are not sure about this don’t worry, we will go through it together.

With every package I provide a copywriting support document to help you write the content of your website. This guides you through what to say from page to page. Don’t worry if it’s not perfect when you send it over I will make sure everything reads well on your website and feels like your brand.

If writing really isn’t your thing I offer a copywriting service at an additional cost, just mention it when we chat and I’ll factor it in to your package.

Enough to make sure that your website feels like you but not enough for it to become another job on your to do list! The biggest input is gathering all the information in the brief, after that you can hand things over to me and I will take care of it. I will check in with you at points throughout and make sure that you are happy with the direction before anything is finalised.

Every package has 2 weeks post launch email support, so if anything needs tweaking or you have any questions once live I am here. After that your website is yours to manage, it’s straightforward and I am always here to help if you get stuck.

I build on Squarespace and Shopify depending on your business needs. We can discuss the best option for your business during our initial chat.

I do provide maintenance packages and ongoing support should you require this. Please ask and I will share my packages and prices with you.

Yes absolutely, I will provide tutorials for you to get started managing your own website but if you are ever in doubt you can reach out, I can provide support at an hour rate.
